We invite all TWC Members in good standing to join us for our Annual Meeting. You are invited to meet our new slate of officers of the Board of Directors, presented at 6pm. Also at this time, we will be voting to adopt our new Bylaws. Please see the new proposed bylaws below and the current bylaws adopted in 2006.
