Foxfield Preserve Guided Tour

If you are interested in learning more about conservation burial and environmentally friendly options for your final resting place, join us for a guided tour of the Foxfield Preserve.  Registration required.

Tour attendees will meet at The Wilderness Center’s Interpretive Building. We will form a processional and drive to the cemetery from there. A walking tour of the Prairie Crest, Lower Prairie and Forest section will be offered, along with details on locating a plot and what to expect when coming to Foxfield for a burial service.

We advise those attending our public tours that it is helpful to attend one of our virtual Informational Sessions in advance of this tour. If you are concerned about your ability to take part due to a mobility issue, please call our staff to discuss alternative arrangements.
