The Physics of Pumpkin Chuckin’

Join TWC naturalists for an afternoon of scientific inquiry and engineering challenge! We’ll be clearing the trails of our Enchanted Forest Jack-O-Lanterns by launching them into the surrounding wilderness to provide a tasty snack for our local wildlife.  We’ll make predictions, test multiple launching tools, and learn about the importance of (and difference between) accuracy and precision. Come chuck pumpkins, for science!

Open to ages 10 and older, this program has limited capacity. All active participants must register.
