To reserve your space, call the Education Department at 330-359-5235. Reservations are taken on a first-come, first-served basis and must be made at least 2 weeks prior to the visit. Sorry, no Sunday or Monday programs. $10 mileage fee for programs at your Wayne, Stark, Holmes, or Tuscarawas County site. $25 evening fee.

General Nature Walk

C’mon out and we’ll show you what there is to see! This is a very flexible program, which emphasizes seasonal trail highlights. We have a golf cart for those who find walking difficult. Max. 30/prog. Walk 1 hour at TWC; $1/person, min. $15, 45 min.-1 hour at your site: $3/person; min. $30, max. $60.

Star Watch

View the wonders of the universe—planets, double stars, galaxies, and more—through TWC’s Astronomy Club’s telescopes. Star Watches should begin an hour after sunset. It’s best to schedule cloud dates. If you come to TWC, we’ll use the big, research-quality Keller Telescope! 1+ hrs.; max. 50/prog. $85/program.
