Wilderness Hiking Extravaganza extended
to entire year!
Come to The Wilderness Center and experience nature at its best. You can participate in the Wilderness
Hiking Extravaganza by hiking all of our trails from all year long and receive your TWC hiking staff (engraved with the TWC logo). If you have your staff from last year, you can earn a pin to place on your staff for this year with
registration, while experiencing the joys of being in nature.
Cost: $12 each for members; $14 for nonmembers, which covers the hiking staff, this year’s pin, and trail maps; or $7 ea. to earn your pin(s) only.

To participate: Register with The Wilderness Center. The first time you come in after registration you will receive
a special trail map. Then hike one or all six trails! When you’ve completed each trail, bring your form to the
Intrepretive Building (open Tues. through Sat. from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.;Sun. 1-5 p.m.) and have the trail(s) checked off.
When you’ve completed all six trails, you’ll receive your hiking staff!
Just think of the enjoyment you will get from being able to say you completed all the trails, as well as earning a TWC hiking staff to enjoy any time you take future hikes and a pin for each year you’ve participated!
Please find below a registration form to fill out for the hiking extravaganza. When you come to take your first hike,
you will be registered and will have a trail map waiting for you.
